Change in API

previously:

cell = jx.read_swc(fname, nseg=4)
jx.utils.plot_swc(fname)

now:

cell = jx.read_swc(fname, nseg=4)
cell.vis()

This works by passing on the SWC traced points to the cell and storing them in the self.xyzr attribute.
